
After recently moving back home to save money after living in Sydney CBD for two years, I found a set of gourmet flavoured olive oils and vinegars that my mum exchanged for her helicopter ride from Red Balloon as some prize she received at work, probably for baking the best cake (I will write about my mum’s baking and post a link to her blog later, as I find it hilarious that she even has one).
Anyways, one of my favourite easy snacks is toast with virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, so with these Pukara Estate flavours, this snack is made even more delicious and adventurous than ever before. Right now I’m on some toasted plain white bread (usually go multigrain) with wasabi olive oil and fig balsamic vinegar and it is FREAKING AWESOME!!! It’s tangy and sweet at the same time and I want to experiment with their whole range. The products are grown and made in Australia by an Australian company which is an added bonus.
